Welcome to the website of the National SEND Employment Forum (NSEF)

We are a network of individuals representing the education, charity, local and national government and employment sectors. Our mission is to ensure that every young person with SEND has access to a good quality Supported Internship in their local area.

We run conferences, publish newsletters and guidance, liaise with Government Departments on policy changes and strategy and work to raise the profile of Supported Internships with employers and the general public.

We are also active on social media and recently ran a campaign over the summer called #FindingYourFuture on YouTube. We have also published research on Supported Internships across the UK that can be found here
